Nestled within the enchanting woods near Mount Rainier, the Cozy River Cabin at Mt. Rainier AirBnB provided the perfect rustic backdrop for their intimate celebration. Seating & Tables

Our Vineyard Oakwood Chairs offered a striking balance of rustic charm and refined comfort, perfectly complementing the outdoor setting. We paired these with our gorgeous Vineyard 8’x40” Tables, allowing guests to dine family-style on a rich, dark wood surface. Additional table rentals, including Table 8’x40” Banquet King Wood and various round and standup tables, ensured every space—from the cocktail area to the reception—was functional and stylish.

Linen & Place Settings

The tablescape details were simply exquisite. We provided White Rim Plates and Ivory Napkins, creating a clean, elegant foundation for the stunning place cards. Our comprehensive bar selection, featuring the Pure Series of Wine Glasses (Red, White, and Goblet), Whiskey Glasses, and classic Champagne Saucers, created an elevated experience for the toasts and celebration.

Atmosphere & Service

The ambiance was complete with our Cafe LED Lights, strung to cast a warm, luminous glow as the sun set over the trees, creating an incredibly romantic setting. We also provided essential service items, including Chafing Dishes, Serving Utensils, Coffee Makers, and an Acrylic Beverage Dispenser, ensuring the catering and beverage service ran flawlessly throughout the day.
