Our magnificent 51×91 Tidewater Sailcloth Canopy created an open, airy atmosphere, protecting guests while allowing light to stream in. Its sweeping lines defined the main reception area beautifully. Luminous Cafe LED Lights strung elegantly beneath the tent ceiling and into the catering prep area added a warm, inviting glow that extended into the evening.

Seating & Dining

We provided comfortable and stylish options for all guests:

• Vineyard Oakwood Chairs: These added a touch of rustic elegance and warmth to the reception tables.

• 60″ Round Tables with classic Panama Taupe Linens offered a cozy, traditional dining setup.

• 8′ Vineyard Tables created a stunning focal point, perfect for the head table or a family-style meal.

• Panama Cobalt Linens provided vibrant pops of deep blue, adding contrast and sophistication to cocktail tables.

The party continued all evening on our beautiful 20×20 Starlight Neo Walnut Dance Floor. Additionally, silent, reliable Generators powered the entire event, and essential Patio Heaters ensured comfort as the evening cooled down.
