Alexander Party Rentals: Setting the Scene
At Alexander Party Rentals, we supply more than just equipment; we provide the foundational elements that transform a space. Our rentals seamlessly integrated with the natural beauty of the Dunn Gardens, ensuring guest comfort and complementing the botanical elegance theme.
Seating & Tables
The reception setup featured long, communal tables creating an intimate atmosphere beneath the garden canopy. Our 32 Natural Wood Padded Folding Chairs offered comfortable seating while their light, natural wood tone perfectly echoed the outdoor ambiance of the venue. For the main dining area, we provided four 8’x40″ Banquet King Wood Tables. Additionally, we supplied one 48″ Round Wood Table, five 36″ Round Standup Tables (perfect for cocktail hour!), and two 6’x30″ Banquet White Plastic Tables for auxiliary needs. To offer necessary shade and add a charming touch, we included two Natural Wood Market Umbrellas.
Dining Essentials & Place Settings
The meticulously set tables featured our classic pieces, elevating the guest experience. We supplied 40 White Rim Dinner Plates (10.75″) and 70 White Rim Salad Plates (7.75″), providing a crisp, clean base for the delicate vintage accent plates. Our Doria Flatware added a touch of contemporary gleam, including 70 Dinner/Steak Knives, 70 Dinner Forks, and 40 Salad Forks.
Glassware for Celebrations
Guests enjoyed their celebratory toasts and beverages from our elegant glassware, designed to enhance the drinking experience. The variety ensured every drink was served in style. This included 32 Forte Water Goblets (15.2 oz), 125 Forte Wine Glasses (13.6 oz), 72 Forte Champagne Flutes (7.7 oz), and 40 Plain Champagne Saucers (5.25 oz)—a lovely vintage-inspired touch. We also provided 56 Beverage Glasses (14 oz) for mixed drinks and water.
Linens
While the main linens were sourced by a partner vendor, our contribution of functional linens helped complete the look and ensure service areas were professional. We provided five 108″ Round Panama White Cloths and two 90″x132″ Black Cloths.
