Step into a world where rustic charm meets high-end sophistication. On a crisp January day in the Pacific Northwest, we had the pleasure of bringing the “Cabin Feels” wedding to life. Despite the winter chill, the atmosphere was nothing short of electric. The design perfectly balanced the rugged beauty of a woodland retreat with the refined elegance of a black-tie gala. From the moment guests stepped onto the custom-leveled flooring, they were transported into a cozy, luminous sanctuary tucked away in the trees.

Alexander Party Rentals Highlights

Creating a “cabin” vibe in a temporary space requires attention to detail and high-quality equipment. We curated a selection of items that ensured guests remained warm, comfortable, and surrounded by beauty.

  • 30×45 Clear Canopy & Walls: Our transparent tenting acted as a window to the PNW sky, allowing the surrounding forest to serve as a natural backdrop while keeping the elements at bay.

  • Vinyl Event Flooring (Peaks Pike): We installed 1,440 square feet of wood-style flooring over a multi-deck stage to provide a perfectly level, high-end foundation for the reception.

  • Propane Tent Heaters: To maintain that cozy cabin feel, we strategically placed high-BTU heaters to ensure a consistent, welcoming temperature.

• Elegant Seating

  • Louis Fabric Back Chairs: These chairs offered a touch of European sophistication, blending soft textures with classic lines to elevate the dining experience.

• Exquisite Dining & Tableware

  • Vineyard Farm Tables: The natural wood of our 8′ tables anchored the “cabin” theme with rustic strength.

  • Gold Line China: Every place setting shimmered with gold-rimmed dinner, salad, and bread plates.

  • Gold Lucca Faceted Flatware: The textured gold finish of the forks, knives, and spoons caught the light of the flickering candles beautifully.

  • Pure Glassware Collection: From champagne flutes to martini glasses, the clean, modern lines of the Pure collection added a layer of contemporary polish.

• Luxe Decor

  • Large Crystal Chandeliers: Suspended from the clear peak, these chandeliers provided a majestic glow that mirrored the starlight above.
