We understand that setting up large items is often the most time-consuming part of event preparation. Therefore, we include the labor for set up and break down on many of our most complex items.

Note: Our standard delivery service is additional, but the labor for setting up these specific items is part of your rental.
For an additional, prearranged cost, we can provide services like:

To secure this extra assistance, simply prearrange the service and provide a complete diagram three (3) business days prior to your delivery date. This ensures our team is perfectly prepared!
Transportation costs can vary, and all listed amounts are estimates:

Special Time Frame Delivery: Secure a precise delivery/pickup window!
3 Hours: $75
2 Hours: $125
1 Hour: $175
Weekend Delivery:
Start at: $200 (Applies to Sunday in Peak Season, and Saturday/Sunday in Off Season)
Same Day In and Out: You get a one-hour window for delivery and pickup without an additional charge.
Fee: $600
After-Hours Delivery/Pickup:
Quick Jobs (Under 2 Hours): $600
Tenting, Staging, etc. (Over 2 Hours): $1,000
Holiday Hours: We ensure service even on holidays we are closed (including Christmas Eve & Black Friday).
Fee: $1,000
Sometimes, additional logistics are necessary for remote locations or specific venue requirements:
Ferry Fee: $400.
Small Truck Request: $150.
Hotel Stays: For distant deliveries (100 miles or over/2 hours drive time), such as The Islands, The Peninsula, or Eastern WA, a hotel stay fee may apply.
Booking well in advance is the key to both avoiding additional costs and ensuring the highest level of inventory availability. Our peak season runs from May through October.
Rental minimums ensure we can maintain exceptional service standards, particularly for long-distance deliveries. These minimums are based on your delivery price and are lower during the off-season!

To maintain our high standards for preparation and delivery, a Priority Fulfillment Fee will be applied to delivery reservations made close to the required delivery date during our peak season. This fee directly covers the necessary increase in operational costs required to immediately plan, pull, prep, and schedule equipment and staff outside of our standard lead times.
The fee is calculated based on how far in advance your booking is confirmed:

Please note that “confirmed” means that we have received both a signed contract and any required deposit(s) for your order.
