This important gala transformed an ordinary outdoor space into an extraordinary venue, brimming with sophistication and warmth. The event’s atmosphere was one of joyful generosity, with guests arriving on a distinguished red-carpet entrance beneath a soaring, clear-top structure. Inside, the tent offered an immersive, yet protected, experience. The ambient glow of woven pendant lights, the lively buzz of conversation, and the clear walls bringing the beautiful surrounding landscape into the event created an unforgettable Pacific Northwest atmosphere. • 50×120 Gable Tent with Clear & White Ceiling Canvases: The clear ceiling provided an incredible view of the surrounding trees and sky, transitioning seamlessly from a bright afternoon setting to a starry night ambiance.

• Clear Walls & Leg Drapes: These offered protection from the elements while maintaining an open, airy feeling, keeping the focus on the beautiful outdoors.

Dining & Seating

• 72″ Round Tables & Black Resin Chairs: The classic round tables encouraged conversation, while the sleek black resin chairs provided comfortable, stylish seating.

• 36″ Round Tables: Perfect for supporting bar service or floral arrangements.

• Panama Taupe & Black Tablecloths: The neutral Panama Taupe linens provided a sophisticated base, beautifully contrasting with the striking black linens and dark chairs.

Stage, Entrance & Decor

• Staging, Skirting, Stairs with Rails: A well-defined stage provided an excellent focal point for the speakers and auctioneer, ensuring everyone had a clear view.

• Piping & Draping: Used to elegantly enclose and define spaces within the large tent.

• Red Velour Stanchions & Red Aisle Carpet: This pairing created a distinguished, high-profile entrance, welcoming guests like VIPs.

• Black Cafe Lights: These simple, luminous lights added a warm, festive glow that elevated the entire interior space, making the lighting truly welcoming.

Glassware

We provided a full suite of glassware to cater to every beverage served, from the champagne toast to the evening’s final sip, including Martini Glasses (6oz), Champagne Flute Glasses (7.1oz), Double Old Fashion Glasses (13oz), Pilsner Beer Glasses (12oz), and White Wine Glasses (13.8oz).
