How to use the ACH Payment Portal

ACH Processing Time

ACH payments require 4 business days to process. Your payment will not be applied to your contract until the processing period has been completed.

If paying by ACH, your payment must be submitted 7 business days before pickup or delivery.

When submitting your ACH payment, enter one of the following:

  • Your 50% deposit based on your quoted total.
  • Your remaining balance if you are making your final payment.

 

The payment amount is not filled in automatically. Please verify and enter the correct amount before submitting your payment.

Before continuing, have the following information available:

  • Name listed on your contract
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Contract or quote number
 

You will also be asked to enter:

  • The name exactly as it appears on your bank account
  • Your billing address
  1. Enter the required information.
  2. Search for and select your bank.
  3. Sign in securely to your online banking.
  4. Authorize your ACH payment.

 

Your online banking credentials are never stored or accessible by Alexander Party Rentals. Authentication is completed securely through your financial institution. We receive only confirmation that your payment has been authorized and submitted.
