At Alexander Party Rentals, we pride ourselves on providing not just beautiful event rentals, but also exceptional, streamlined service. For many of our clients, our convenient Will Call option is the perfect solution for snagging high-quality rentals for their special occasion.

Let’s walk through how our easy pickup process works, ensuring your event preparation is as smooth and successful as the celebration itself!

Depending on the products you’ve selected and the overall size of your order, we are happy to offer the Will Call (Customer Pickup) option from our warehouse in Kent. This is a fantastic choice if you’re looking to save on delivery fees and enjoy flexibility with your timeline.

  • Vehicle Responsibility: When you opt for Will Call, you are responsible for making sure you have the proper sized vehicle and equipment to safely secure and transport the rental products. Your safety, and the safety of our equipment, is paramount!

  • Delivery-Only Items: Please note that some specialized products and large orders require professional delivery and setup by our team. These items are not available for customer pickup.

We understand that event days are busy. To help reduce stress and ensure you have everything you need, we offer a generous rental window:

  • Pickup: You can pick up your items a business day before your event.

  • Return: You can return your items a business day after your event.

  • Extended Rental: We offer flexible rental timing to support your setup and teardown needs. Item availability may affect scheduling in some cases.

Pickup Instructions:

  1. Pickup Person: The individual collecting the items can be yourself or someone you trust, as long as they know the contract number.
  2. Arrive at the Dock: Please pull up to the clearly marked “Will Call” dock. This is located at bay door 1, right under the protective tent.
  3. Check-In: Speak with our Dock Master upon arrival. If he is not present, please ring the doorbell next to the roll up door so our team is notified that you have arrived. If he is currently assisting another client, kindly wait patiently and you will be helped as soon as possible.
  4. Loading: Our professional team will bring your order directly out to the back of your vehicle. We can assist with lifting your order into your vehicle upon request.
    • Important: You are responsible for the product and the safe packing of the items. We cannot load the vehicle for you, as the safe securing of the items is your responsibility once they leave the dock.
  5. Secure Your Load: Ultimately, you must come prepared to pack and safely secure your order into/onto your vehicle. We highly recommend bringing blankets, ropes, or tie-downs as needed.
  6. Checking Out: Once the items are counted and brought to your vehicle, you will be asked to verify that you received all the items. We will also need to take a photo of the driver’s license of the individual collecting the items for security purposes.
Effortless Return Destination and Instructions

Returning your rentals to Alexander Party Rentals is as straightforward as picking them up! Please ensure you return your items on the agreed-upon business day following your event.

Seamless Return Instructions:

  1. Drop-Off Person: The individual returning the items can be yourself or someone you trust, as long as they know the contract number so we can quickly locate your order paperwork.
  2. Arrive at the Dock: Please pull up to the clearly marked “Will Call” dock located at bay door 1, right under the protective tent.

  3. Check-In: Speak with our Dock Master upon arrival. If he is not present, please ring the doorbell next to the roll up door so our team is notified that you have arrived. If he is currently assisting another client, kindly wait patiently and you will be helped as soon as possible.

  4. Unloading: You are responsible for unloading your rental items from your vehicle. We recommend carefully organizing items in your vehicle to make the unload process efficient.

  5. Unloading Assistance: Our professional team will meet you at the dock and can assist with lifting items out of your vehicle upon request.

    • Important: All rental items must be stacked, rolled, or boxed according to the instructions provided at pickup to ensure an easy count-in.

  6. Counting & Checking In: Once your items are completely unloaded and on the dock, the Dock Master will count and inspect all returned items against your contract.

  7. Final Verification: After the items are counted, you (or your designated person) will be asked to verify that all items have been successfully returned. This completes the check-in process.
