Alexander Party Rentals provided essential, high-quality items that ensured comfort and style for every guest, transforming the Captain Whidbey setting into a spectacular reception space.

• Tenting & Atmosphere: The centerpiece was our Clear-Top Joint Gable Canopy (20’x30′ and 40’x60′), seamlessly blending the celebration with the outdoors. We lined the structure with Clear Walls and installed powerful Propane Heaters, guaranteeing guest comfort as the evening cooled. Twenty-five strands of our luminous LED Cafe Lights created a warm, inviting glow that defined the romantic mood.

• Dining & Service: The long banquet tables were set with our elegant Coupe Dinner, Salad, and B&B Plates. We introduced a touch of modern sophistication with Hampton Gold/Black Flatware. Guests enjoyed celebratory drinks in our refined Pure Glassware collection, including Water Goblets, Champagne Flutes, Wine Glasses, and Double Old Fashioned glasses.

• Structure & Staging: We provided a Steel Multideck Stage with Event Flooring for the head table, creating a focal point for the couple and speakers. The bar areas featured sleek Madison and Classic Black Bars.

• Accessories: Essential final touches included Black Cloth for bar tables, elegant White Organza Sashes, and stainless steel Cake Serving Utensils.
