The air buzzed with joy as Alexander Party Rentals’ own Project Manager, Bella, married her love, Tony, in a truly intimate and stunning backyard celebration. Set against the lush, green backdrop of their own Pacific Northwest home, this wedding was the epitome of Greater Seattle elegant outdoor events. The atmosphere blended natural beauty with curated refinement, a warm, welcoming, and deeply personal affair. From the majestic sweep of the tent to the soft glow of the bistro lights, every detail harmonized to create a spectacular day that transitioned seamlessly from sunlit ceremony to a night of dining and dancing under the stars.

Alexander Party Rentals Highlights

We were honored to supply the essential elements that brought Bella and Tony’s vision to life, ensuring a seamless and beautiful experience for all 190 guests. Our rentals transformed their property into a bespoke event space.

• Tenting & Atmosphere: The centerpiece was our magnificent 44’x63′ Tidewater Sailcloth Canopy. Its soaring peaks and natural fabric created an airy, luminous space. Paired with elegant clip-style leg/wall drapery and twelve strands of 48′ LED Cafe Lights, we crafted a warm, enchanting glow that welcomed guests from daytime to the late-night dance party.

• Dining & Table Design: The sophisticated table settings featured a mix of banquet and round tables draped in our premium Taupe and Ivory Panama linens. The natural texture of the Rattan Honey Chargers provided a gorgeous base for the classic Coupe Dinnerware. Accenting the greenery and floral arrangements, the Gold Lucca Faceted Flatware added a touch of modern luxury.

• Seating & Lounge: Guests enjoyed the celebration in our iconic Wishbone Chairs, their light wood and woven seats adding organic, comfortable elegance to the long banquet tables and round dining arrangements. For outdoor cocktail hour, eight comfortable Adirondack Outdoor Chairs created a relaxed, inviting lounge area.

• Bar & Beverage Service: We provided two full Madison Bar Packages, ensuring swift and stylish service. Our comprehensive inventory of Pure Glassware, including Water Goblets, Red & White Wine Glasses, and Long Drink Glasses, kept the signature cocktails and celebratory toasts flowing all evening.

• Entertainment: The fun continued on our striking Black and White Checkered Starlight Dance Floor, perfectly placed under the sailcloth tent for Bella and Tony’s first dance and a night of unforgettable moments.
