RENTAL POLICY
Reservations:
In order to guarantee your order, a deposit is required. Orders placed without deposit are “inquiries” only and are based on availability of rentals when the deposit is received. Quantity reductions may be made up to three days before delivery or customer pick up; after that all orders are pulled, packed and processed. Additions may be made, based on availability until the time we load the truck or until customer pick up. A 30% restocking fee will result on all orders decreased or cancelled within four days of delivery or pick up. All tenting, staging and dance floors are subject to a 100% cancellation charge within two weeks of delivery.
Pricing:
Most prices quoted are for a one day charge, which includes a day to pick up, a day of use and a day to return. If you desire to use party rentals for a longer period of time, please call our consultants for longer term rates. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery and Set Up:
Delivery and pickup are available for a reasonable fee. There will be additional charges for delivery/pick up within certain time limits, beyond the normal delivery distance, or, which involve stairs or for locations not dolly accessible. We also offer setup and take down of certain rental items for an additional fee. Please arrange this prior to delivery or pick up. Please be sure that the area for set up is clear when we are scheduled to arrive.
Pickup:
All rental items are table ready when received. On return they should be rinsed, food free and packed in the same containers as delivered. Tables and chairs are to be folded, stacked and bagged as when delivered. All items should be assembled in a single location ready for pick up. Linens should be dry and refuse free to prevent mildew and staining. Do not return linens in plastic bags. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.
Loss and Damages:
Responsibility for equipment remains with the Renter from the rental time out to the time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from theft and/or weather conditions. We do charge for broken or missing items as well as burn, wax, or other damage to linens. Shortages must be reported prior to the event or the invoiced quantities will be considered received.

Our privacy policy is maintained by Alexander Party Rentals which is solely responsible for its content.
Our web site does not collect personal information about individuals except when knowingly provided by such individuals.
Personal information (e.g., name, email address, etc.) is stored only for the purpose of fulfilling inquiries as detailed in the quotation process on this web site with the exception of a customer newsletter and/or promotion which may be sent by email in the future.
Recipients will have the option to subscribe or unsubscribe to any such newsletter or promotion by contacting us.
Under no circumstances will personal information be shared with any third parties for any reason whatsoever.
You should be aware that when you voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g. name, email address, etc.) on the internet, it is possible that such information could be intercepted by others and thereby result in unsolicited messages.
Alexander Party Rentals warrants to have taken all reasonable steps to ensure user privacy is protected at our Alexander Party Rentals web site.
